Jihee Chun, DDS
Chief Dentist (General Dentist Limited to Pediatric Dentistry)
Dr. Chun attended UC San Diego during her undergraduate work and completed her degree in Biology at La Sierra University. She obtained her DDS from the Loma Linda School of Dentistry in 2003. Her love for children’s dentistry began during a summer dental mission where she experienced underprivileged children unable to receive dental treatment because of financial reasons or simply the unavailability of dentists.
Soon after graduation, she joined a local dental office as a children’s general dentist. Since then she has made thousands of teeth healthy again. Her love for children does not end at the dental office but carries into the community where she performs free examinations and procedures for the underprivileged. Her experience and training in both cosmetics and children’s dentistry give her the confidence to diagnose the proper treatment for her child patients. Anybody who has ever met Dr. Chun will always tell you that she laughs big and smiles easily. She is always approachable and professional when it comes to your children.
