I brought in my child for a Dental Exam with Dr. Chun she diagnosed 5 cavities for my teenage son in which he’s only had 1 cavity his whole life. I take my child to his routing visits every 6 months and when she stated he had that amount of caries I was concerned at first. I did know we were watching a could of areas with our previous Dentist but my son does really well with flossing and brushing his teeth. I then had Dr. David give me a second opinion after carefully reviewing my child’s X-rays and taking additional X-rays he said that he was comfortable with just watching the areas because he did not see some of the diagnosed cavities of Dr. Chun… Anabel our dental assistant later expressed that Dr. Chun is aggressive with her treatment and I was extremely concerned and uncomfortable. I also worked here for the past 8 months and when I raised my concerns Jaclynn the Vice president of the company retaliated against me stating I was engaging in gossip when I expressed my concerns to her. No one should be aggressive with treatment if not medically necessary. Out of fear I will be taking my child else where. I am extremely uncomfortable returning as a patient
