I’m sad I have to update my review today because prior to today it was going well. There must be a new girl in the office, because she was very forceful and I think she needs to leave her personal opinions outside of work. She was trying to tell me that there’s more radiation outside than in the X-ray because I refused to get an X-ray on my toddler. Which is funny being that it should clearly say on his chart that I refused X-rays for every single appointment for the past five or six appointments. I wasted my time driving here this morning, and lost out on possible work hours because of this. I also called my insurance to report this incident and may decide to contact the Dentistry Board as well. Farewell, and remember to be professional and respect parent’s decision.
