Vanesa at the front office is rude. She told me my daughter wouldn’t be able to get treatment done because I didn’t have her insurance card on me. Mind you we had just been there a week ago. I’ve been there for years so I know they have a copy of her insurance card. The staff is always wanting to use a papoose board although I specific always ask not to. Kimberly the dental assistant is amazing! She helped us these last two times and for the first time my daughter felt comfortable and the treatment was done. Thank You Kimberly!
