Dental Kidz Club tried to overcharge us. They said my daughter had a cavity. After taking X-rays, no cavity was found. Fast forward a few months, we tried to get our second cleaning but they said we were going to have to pay out of pocket because we had already used up that option. We called the front desk and we were received very rudely. We called our insurance and we were told that we shouldn’t have to pay.
I know this place has high ratings but it is so unfortunate that at this time they select to treat their patients disrespectfully. Very unprofessional.
