They have a VERY restricted no show policy, my daughter had a fever in 3am, they expected me to call them right then and leave a voicemail to cancel for the appointment the next day that was at 3 pm, leave my sick child and focus on them so they don’t loose business! they will charge no show, I called at 9 in the morning and the rude receptionist who I wished I had her name, said in a very rude manner that I had to leave a voicemail in the middle of the night to cancel so they got the voicemail in the morning, which I called at 9 am, but it wasn’t early enough for her since they open at 8 and I was an hour late. Be aware, I wouldn’t go back if we weren’t in the middle of her treatment and it’ll be it after, not going back!
