2 of my daughter’s come to this office it’s been a year for us with this dental office, at the beggining everything was great i love the Philippina older doctor. i apologize for not remembering her name right now but I started to notice they added new help (a guy) he did my daughtet cleaning was super fast and not a good job but I said ok he must be new but after a few more times the same quick I don’t think he really went thru all the teeths, we are paying for this services we deserve better quality job .
And last issue I had was waiting almost 4 hours they even charged my credit card for the procedure and I waited …waited… and they ended up telling me they were very behind and couldn’t see my daughter really!!!!! After all that time, I was pissed, they looked like they didn’t care, this incident was on sep/7 /23 and until today Stephanie or any other person from this place havent called back to set up another appt since they allready charged my credit card, today nov/8 I called to talk to the person in charge and Ramon (dental manager) was very unprofessional, I explained what had happened and seems they don’t care or need good costumers.
I will not recommend this dental clinic for your kids i will look somewhere else, where they can provide QUALITY and great costumer service .
Seems all they care in here is a fast job to charge your insurance and make sure they get good reviews. Not good.
