My son had had two filings done yesterday and he has a horrible experience. He had fillings done in the pass and nothing like this had ever happen. As a child’s dentist you need have compassion and patience with the children. None of these traits were shown to 6 year old son. He was frighten that they had to strap him down when he has never needed to be strap down and wasn’t talk through what they were going to do with him. The Dr. and the assistant seemed to be in such hurry to get him done and out. I told them something is wrong and they insisted he was fine. He was crying and trying to scream. They asked me if this ever happen I said NO! They took a minute get like a second to let him relax and they proceeded. I should have stop them and walked out but they were drilling his teeth already. After they were done the dr ran out and the assistant gave his toy and left. I held him tight and told him he is not going back there!
