Most Dental Assistants work hard to ensure the best quality treatment available to all patients. However, there are those who don’t live up to the expectations of the patient. The patient has the right to address there issue with the dental facility. If they do not feel their complaint has been properly handled. They have the right to make a complaint. ,
⭐So I made the representative Nancy Clearly aware of my childs experience with visiting this branch prior, Nancy has been rude to me in my family on several visit from being aggressive with my kids mouth to her approach with them always very mean in stern never making them feel comfortable in fact made there visit harder.
⭐So you guys want believe I had to take of work 2hrs early in drive 35 mins in to make my kids dentist apt on yesterday 8/27/2018 and they where not seen.
When we were called to the back by a gentleman he was taking my kids back for dental work, Nancy walked up on the side of him my kids immediately said come on mom when they seen her. Well Nancy turned in told the worker she have togo wait in front which is me there mom and i have always waited with them at this facility I’m not sure when things changed. I explained to him my kids are not comfortable so I’m gonna stand near where they no im present he started to work on my kids Nancy while working with another patient made it her business to come back in say oh you cant wait for them here you need togo in front I said to her I’ve had lots of problems with you being rude before i need to speak with the office manger she went onto say with who me with who me now that Nancy the worker saying who me., I politely said to her I would like to speak with the office manger she didnt go get her but yelled in told the other worker go get the manger. Just extremely abusrd. The office manger did come out but when she approached I felt she didn’t want to know what was going on she just ask me to wait in the lobby for my kids in didnt ask for the details.
I was approached by a very nice gentleman Jon Chegun who was extremely nice but after Nancy in meeting the office manager I felt this place is no longer for my kids and need some work on the staff members. We want to feel comfortable and to be treated fair and with respect. I let Jon know we will be changing offices and will miss Dr. CHOW, I’m sorry but a couple bad apple can spoil the bunch. My daughter was extremely happy it was like a relief on her when told we will be going to another dentist.
⭐Parents Remember if your kids aren’t comfortable there’s know way you should be.
