I felt the assistant was great the dentist was as well. Very cute office. But the front staff my goodness. She made me reschedule my daughter’s appointment because I was curios about other options. Told me she had a full schedule and didn’t have time to run my insurance. Proceeded to say most insurance doesn’t cover that procedure. Then threatened me that we would possibly have to take her teeth out if I take too long. Smh no. This place is a last option. I’m searching for somewhere. The goal is to not go somewhere where my daughters wellbeing takes a backseat to billing and bottom line. Thanks but no thanks.
