My daughter was scheduled for her exam and cleaning. I was unable to go back with her to get X-rays done, which was never an issue before. I was told I couldn’t even wait outside the room. Also, scheduled my 2yo for his first exam and I was appalled they required xrays before even doing an exam. I have called several pediatric dentists and not one of them said this was protocol. Xrays on 2 yo should only be recommended once the exam is complete and their was cause for one. Needless to say, i did not have my son seen and we will be going elsewhere.
