After a 30minute wait and not being seen I question why it’s taking so long for them to say they couldn’t find a chart … So they didn’t bother following it up until I asked. A minute after they call me on in and tell me I can’t go in with my other son a 5 year old. Mind you never was it stayed I couldn’t take anyone else inside neither when scheduling nor at the time of check in. Right before me was a gentleman with his toddler as well and another child my other sons age and he was let in. Terrible to waste people’s time especially with young children at hand!
