I love this dentist office, and have been going pretty much since they opened. And i have also recommended it to many other families with kiddos. Today never the less was pretty much the same experience. Expect i took 2 kiddos as i usually do, as i have 4 that go and had to schedule out an appt due to a sibling thing. Which is cool, i have been going there for a long time and have never came across this problem. So as i was scheduling out the appt i made a recommendation that moving forward it might be a better idea to make parents aware of this when they call in to make a sibling appt and the attitude and response i received in return wasn’t the greatest.. I was asked did you talk to us? Well i believe so as i called to schedule 4 kids, and then was told some other reason. Wasn’t the best response, maybe im sorry for the inconvenience or ya that might be a good idea. Dismissing my concern wasnt what i was looking for. In the past i always have taken my kids and had work at the same time same day.
