This place when I first went there I was very pleased with the kids dentist office, very kid friendly and the dentist’s assistants and dentist’s all seemed very friendly and helpful. But after the second and third office appointment I realized all they care was about the money! first check up of my three year old and one year old they told me my three year old had 10 cavities! And they needed to do them asap so I was being very trustful of them and let them do the work on my daughter they tied her up to the chair to do the work very sad but they didn’t let me in to see until she was done because I had my one year old with me. Then they told me my one year old had two big cavities on front teeth and needed work asap but after seeing my three year old I declined, thank God I did! They kept calling me to insist on doing my one year old cavities but I kept declining.
Six months later they told me my three year old had four cavities again which at this time I was very skeptic about this new cavities so I took her to bright now dental, they told me she has no cavities anymore and they couldn’t imagine my daughter having ten cavities and then they checked my one year old and said she has no cavities at all so all they did for them was a cleaning mind you same private insurance . Never again will I take them to dental Kidz club, I still feel horrible for putting my daughter in that pain!!!
