First time costumer and never going back. Personally, the service from booking the appointment to entering the building was a great experience. I asked tons of questions prior to my Autistic daughters appointment. I wanted to make sure that they were able to attend to her. Over the phone i was told that they do sedation if needed be. I explained that i would need that for my daughter being that she doesn’t allow herself to be seen.
Upon entering the exam room, no sedation was offered prior to trying to get xrays of my daughters mouth. It wasn’t until my daughter was already upset and crying that the dental assistant then offered to have my daughter on a bed strapped while they did her xrays and me waiting in the lobby. I rejected the idea right away, asked to be transferred out. it makes me extremely upset that non of the information i gave prior to the appointment was taken into consideration. It showed me lack of attention to detail. NOT ALL AUTISTIC CHILDREN ARE THE SAME.
DO BETTER.
