2 hour almost 3 hour wait for a simple chip on a filling that they did a few months ago.I live in Ontario. I always thought that staying local and finding a local dentist would be best to avoid my kids missing school. Appointment was at 10 am and we were out at 1:30 pm. My son missed an entire day of school.I will be going back to Fontana (Fontana Kids Dental) where the kids loved the dentist and the wait time was not long at all.
This was by far the most annoying wait ever! They over book appointments and make kids more nervous than they should. Terrible practice. They need another dentist for the over booking of patients! Not well organized!
Don’t even try it.
Go somewhere else!
Honestly, the workers are amazing but a dentist getting greedy overbooking is not right!
