We have been going here since my sons first tooth…he is now 7. In the beginning the staff was very attentive and took their time. The waiting rooms were not overly full. Now the waiting rooms are so congested that we had to stand outside. The old receptionist used to be very personable by using our names when she spoke to us, now it’s just a rushed sign these papers and have a seat with very little eye contact. The dental staff is good but still feels rushed. It’s a new Dentist everytime we go. The experience went from great to just ok.
