My son was taken in for a visit and I had picked up the new patient packet the day prior and was assured that my son would be seen earlier than his scheduled visit or right at 11am for his appt. My son wasn’t called back into a room until 11:45. The treatment part went well but I just wish he would have been called sooner as he is special needs and can be difficult to handle if waiting around too long
